The aim is to be fair and accommodating to all valued customers and myself, at Cammie’s K9s. It is understandable that unexpected events happen and I do make exceptions for cancelled flights, snowstorms, etc. In these cases, I’ll work with you to reschedule the appointment, ensuring the best care for your pets. Thank you for your understanding and flexibility in these unique circumstances.
Cammie’s K9s charges a 50% fee for reoccurring cancellations (3 or more)
• Daily Dog Walking:
24 hours notice is required, or the regular rate applies.
• Overnight Care & Holiday Care:
Cancellations or Adjustments within 72hrs of service starting will incur a 100% invoice charge. Holiday bookings are non-refundable and the customer is responsible for 100% of the agreed upon total.
• House Visit:
Cancellations and/or changes within 24hrs of service starting will incur a 100% invoice charge.
• Once an Appointment Starts:
Services booked but no longer needed for an early return are billed at the regular rate, as this time was reserved.
