APPOINTMENT TIMES:
The appointment starts upon arrival and ends upon departure. For instance, getting your dog ready for the walk or caring for them afterward is part of the appointment time. This usually takes just a few minutes on each side.

PAYMENT:
Cash, Zelle or Venmo payment are accepted. Cash greatly appreciated! For single appointments, I request payment upon service completion. A bi-weekly payment plan for regular daily visits are accepted upon request.

SURCHARGES:
Some services are subject to surcharges. Off hours are considered before 8:00 am and after 5:00 pm.

What services do you offer for pet sitting and pet visits?

Cammie’s K9s provide a variety of services, including pet visits, overnight stays, walking, feeding, and administering medication (no injectables) as needed.

How do you determine your rates for pet sitting and visits?

The rates are based on the type of service required, the duration of each visit, and the number of pets involved. Please contact me for a detailed quote tailored to your situation.

Can I meet my sitter/walker before booking services?

Yes, there is a required a meet-and-greet session prior to any service to help you and your pet feel comfortable. This allows you to ask any additional questions, discuss your pet's needs, and build rapport with any sitter/walker.

Participation in solo and group walks requires that dogs demonstrate friendliness and healthy social behavior during their initial meet and greet assessment.

Do you offer services for all types of pets?

Yes, services are provided for dogs, cats, and a variety of small pets. If you have a specific type of pet, please inquire via email.

Will the same sitter visit my pet each time?

At present, yes, the same sitter will visit your pet each and every time.

What information do you need from me before the service begins?

Detailed information about your pet(s), including feeding routines, medical needs, emergency contact numbers, and any specific instructions regarding their care will be required.

What happens if my pet has an emergency while I’m away?

Cammie’s K9s will have your emergency contact and veterinary information on hand. You’ll be contacted while your pet is chauffeured to the designated veterinarian in this case.

How do I provide access to my home for the sitter?

Typically, it is recommended to use a spare key or a lockbox for access to your home. Specific arrangements can be discussed during the meet-and-greet.

What if I need to cancel or change my booking?

Life happens. Plans change. Please notify me as soon as possible if you need to cancel or modify your booking. The cancellation policy and any associated fees will be explained at the time of booking.

Do you offer last-minute bookings?

Scheduling in advance is highly recommended. However, I do my best to accommodate last-minute requests which are based on availability. Please contact me as early as possible if you need a last-minute service.
